The vintage carnival themed wedding of Laura and Aaron was one of the most lively and engaging weddings we have coordinated. After a winding drive out from the city, their guests arrived at the sprawling Circle Oak Ranch in Fallbrook. Guests were shown their seats on a lawn with a grand tree providing shade from the late afternoon sun and were witness to an emotional ceremony. Just under the tree at the end of the dirt path was a beautiful metal arch decorated by the florist and friend, Jamie Robb, who created a fabulous floral design throughout the wedding.
The ceremony was officiated by the couple’s dear friend Steve Sneed. Teary eyes lined the path while the groom was clearly in awe as his bride walked down the aisle.
After the ceremony concluded and the day turned into night, the guests walked up to the magically lit courtyard where they enjoyed cocktail hour and carnival games provided by Carnival Services. Guests had so much fun playing these games and the couple especially enjoyed shooting the rifles! It was a great moment watching Laura cock her rifle in her beautiful wedding gown!
The reception was lively and upbeat with the sounds of Roland Garcia, DJ and long time family friend of the bride. Roland was the DJ for Laura’s sweet sixteenth birthday celebration and it was an honor for him to DJ the wedding of her dreams. Every moment and intricate detail was captured by the talented videography team of Dream Encore and photos by Shirock Photography.
A Better Party Rentals provided the rentals which were then prettied up with the floral from Jamie as well as carnival inspired decor which included colorful raffle tickets, tokens and bubbles.
Fun and games were in no short supply at this wedding!
Elizabethan Desserts created the wonderful dessert table with an assortment of baked bites and cakes!
Swirls designed a fun and festive candy station complete with giant swirly lollipops and an assortment of candy from days gone by and the latest trends. This table was a hit with guests young and old and was manned the entire night.
Carnival goodies included cotton candy, pretzels and popcorn.
Two For The Road catered the reception with an assortment of burgers, piping hot tomato bisque, and lobster rolls . With so much to do, the guests had a memorable time with never a dull moment! The happy newlyweds were all smiles throughout the evening, especially when dancing in the open air under the opulent string lights. Congratulations Laura and Aaron!
